For deliveries outside the European Union, invoices are issued for the net value of the goods (excluding VAT). The goods are subject to import VAT on import in the country of destination and in some cases a small customs duty and customs handling fee, which must be paid by the customer on site.
From 12 August 2026, the dispatch of sales packaging, jewellery boxes and jewellery cases (watch boxes) containing ≤ 3 watches to European Union countries outside Germany will no longer be permitted as used packaging, in accordance with the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). Customers in European Union countries outside Germany will in future receive their watch(es) at no extra cost in a plain watch storage box designed to hold >3 watches. The products dispatched will be declared individually.
